Privacy Policy

The data controller for the grow app is MAJATECH (contact: grow@majatech.pl). This policy explains what data we process and why.

1. Data processed locally

Your tasks, subtasks, notes, deadlines and time tags are stored only on your device by default (local database). Without an account they never leave your phone and are removed when you uninstall.

2. Account and sync (optional, Premium)

If you sign in to sync across devices, we process:

• your email address or Google / Apple sign-in identifier,
• your task content (synced to the database to provide the feature),
• in the team feature: the email of the person you pair with and the tasks you assign to them.

Synced data is hosted by Supabase on servers in the European Union (Frankfurt).

3. Push notifications

To deliver notifications (e.g. an assigned task) we use Firebase Cloud Messaging and store a device token linked to your account.

4. Crash reports (optional)

With your explicit consent we collect anonymous crash reports via Firebase Crashlytics. Off by default; you can change this in settings.

5. Ads

The free version shows Google AdMob ads, which may use the device advertising identifier. The Premium version is ad-free.

6. Payments

Subscriptions are handled by the App Store (Apple) and Google Play (Google). We never receive your card details — we only store subscription status to unlock Premium features.

7. Processors

• Supabase — database hosting, authentication,
• Google Firebase — notifications, crash reports, remote config,
• Google AdMob — ads,
• Google / Apple — sign-in and payments.

8. Retention

We keep account data until you delete your account. You can delete it any time in the app: Settings → Delete account — this erases the account and all associated server data. You may also email grow@majatech.pl.

9. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data (GDPR). For privacy matters contact grow@majatech.pl.

10. Children

The app is not directed at children under 13.
